Welcome to Chihuahaha! By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products & Fulfillment

All items are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partner, Gelato. While we aim to deliver accurate product visuals, slight variations in print or color may occur.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept major credit cards and secure payments via Shopify Payments. All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled due to our print-on-demand process.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Production time is typically 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location (usually 3–7 business days). We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or lost. In such cases, contact us at chihuahahashop@gmail.com within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Chihuahaha and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, including violating intellectual property rights or submitting false information.
